The location is great, with private parking available, and the staff is exceptionally nice and helpful, providing plenty of tourist information.

1) Perfect location if you have an early flight from Portela (taxi is less than 10 euro) 2) Reception will help you order the taxi 3) Perfect location to reach the Entrecampos train station

We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was ideal and overall clean, with comfy location in downtown Lisbon.

The location was good and perfect for our business trip. The hotel is just 5 km away from Humberto Delgado airport.- The staff were efficient, excellent, and provided very good services.- The room was excellent and had a shower.- The constant buzz of water running from upstairs lavatories was a good example of the hotel's ambiance.

This hotel has an excellent location, very close to Campo Pequeno, and several cafes and shops nearby. The metro station and train station is also very close. Nice rooms, enough space, and very clean. I will definetely return to this hotel.

It was the second time i have stayed at your hotel. the first time with my wife and this time with my son.The hotel is ideally located for shopping, transportation, restaurants, sightseeing, and manu other things. small rooms, no wireless internet in rooms, very very very small bathrooms... you can't really do anything or move in the rooms.

Breakfast uninspiring. Would be nice with a kettle in the room for tea and coffee making. Quite a distance to central Lisbon sights.

Location, stuff,hotel is clean

It is cold, the triple room was actually for two small people

it's very conveniently located close to Campo Pequeno metro station. there is a petrol station right across from the hotel open 24h where we could get ice to cool the champagne as well as other last minute necessities. there is a rather decent sushi bar about 3 minutes from the hotel. the area is quiet and safe.

Not sure why its referred to as VIP, nice to stay if on a tight budget, but the beds will leave your back sore after a day or two if you can sleep all night.
